William Matson, Executive Director
A Pathways co-founder, Bill has 16 years of experience in nonprofit administration and project management, and 18 years of media experience, including stints at Cox Broadcasting, Gannett Newspapers, United Press International and Clear Channel Communications. He has been a member of the board of directors of the National Human Services Data Consortium since 2004 and is former chairman of the NHSDC board.

Tommy Phillips, Director, Community Partnerships
Tommy has over thirty years of information technology in sales, marketing, personnel management, administration and systems integration, including 25 years at IBM. He also has over 25 years of community service experience, including experience as chairman of the board of Atlanta Enterprise Center, a nonprofit organization that provides employment assistance to homeless people. Tommy is an avid sports fan, with season tickets for the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta Hawks and Atlanta Thrashers.

Jeanette Pollock, Director, Technical Assistance/Training
Originally from Topeka, Kansas, Jeanette holds a Master's degree in Instruction from Central Michigan University. Jeanette joined Pathways with prior experience with software companies as a Technical Support Representative and as a Trainer. She develops internal support and training processes and procedures, oversees overall communication with system users and coordinates product support and delivery.

Tarcarnesia (Neese) Blackshear, Technical Assistance Specialist
Neese is a cum laude graduate of Georgia State University holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She joined Pathways in 2009, after serving as Community Resource Manager at Atlanta's United Way for more than six years. At Pathways, Neese manages data monitoring and reporting of over 30 agencies to HUD; provides technical assistance and training; and conducts monitoring visits. Neese is a native of Atlanta and an avid reader. She enjoys quality time with her husband and three energetic children ages 7, 4, and 2. She currently serves as secretary on the board of a non-profit preschool for inner city youth.

Bob Lenhard, Applications Analyst
Bob has 20+ years of training and customer service experience at IBM in Detroit, Chicago and Atlanta. Bob works to coordinate Georgia HMIS funded systems development efforts and to ensure that new PATHWAYS COMPASS features work seamlessly with existing functions and are intuitive to PATHWAYS COMPASS users. Besides his work at Pathways, Bob enjoys brisk walks and doting on his five grandchildren.

Josey Parker, Research/Data Analysis
Josie is Pathways' resident expert on homelessness research and homeless point in time counts. A doctoral candidate in Sociology at Georgia State University, Josie's concentration is homelessness, class, inequality, urban studies, disabilities and social psychology, and her experience is in both qualitative, quantitative and applied research methodologies, design and analysis.

Selena Randolph-Mintz, Technical Assistance Specialist
Selena is originally from Philadelphia, PA, but has lived in Georgia for many years. She graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Respiratory Therapy. She also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration. Selena's title is Technical Assistance Specialist, but she also provides User Support and Training.

Beini Ouyang, J2EE Developer
An experienced software developer, Beini holds two Masters' degrees in Computer Science and Information processing. She develops and enhances PATHWAYS COMPASS applications based on approved requirements and executes test plans, use cases and other processes for functional and regression testing.

Jason Zhang, Oracle Reports Developer
Jason holds two Masters' degrees, in Computer Science and Physics. He has been working on Database Administration and Development for more
than 10 years. His areas of responsibility include Oracle Reports development and maintenance.

Tony Zhang, Oracle DBA/Systems Administrator
Tony graduated with honors from the Volgenau School of IT and Engineering at George Mason University. His professional certifications include Oracle SQL and PL-SQL Programming, and Java Programming. His areas of responsibility include database development, administration and maintenance, and Linux server maintenance.
