Pathways Community Network is a nonprofit organization that supports communities with a variety of tools that encourage collaboration among human services providers, reduce costs and increase impact, so more people find the path to success.

• Collaboration between providers increases in communities that use Pathways systems/services
• Pathways is a top-of-mind provider of community information systems, training services for community collaboratives, and data on poverty and homelessness
