State of Georgia Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
Pathways operates Georgia's HMIS in partnership with the State of Georgia Housing Trust Fund and the state's Continua of Care (CoCs). More information about the federal government's HMIS initiative can be found at www.hmis.info.
